    The senior Human Resources Officer is responsible for recruitment and selection, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration, & performance management. S/he will identify issues impacting the consistent delivery of HR services across various factors and recommend remedial solutions. She/he will be engaged with Area Managers, technical advisors, project coordinators, Program HR focal person, and other line managers on staff recruitment and related activities. The job holder will work closely with the HR Head in ensuring competent and committed workforce from internal and external sources are recruited to achieve organizational goals and objectives. And s/he will be also responsible for keeping, monitoring compensation databases, Employee compensation, benchmark compensation, and employee benefits.     • Update ZOA Ethiopia workforce plan and forecasts that reflects staffing status of the organization and help to locate qualified staff with appropriate level of skills and competencies.

    Employee Benefits (20%)
    • Updating market data and gather data as part of robust market survey and analysis activities regarding compensation programs.

    Other responsibility (20%)
    • Assist to develop and update HR policies and procedures and staff handbook.
    • Ensure ZOA polices are signed by all staff and new entrants as required.
    • Maintain all HR policies, procedures and appropriate formats are preserved well.
    • Provide support in facilitating clearance for separating employee and ensure that employee returns
