About me

I do have experience facilitating training and coaching support for experts at various level in person and virtual, as well as supporting teams working as Short Term Technical Assistance (STTA). I am also responsible for designing of leadership and professional development courses, as well as conducting and evaluating progress using adult learning principles. I have also training management and coordination skills, from identifying training needs to post-training follow-up and coaching support to ensure training outcome and impact. I am also experienced in managing virtual training and producing training materials such as PPT and video to make content more practical.
