Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to spearhead our HR and Technology Solutions initiative. This role is pivotal in leading the integration of cutting-edge HR technologies while collaborating closely with Marketing and Risk Management teams. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination of all project activities, aligning them with our strategic objectives to boost operational efficiency and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Lead the planning and implementation of HR technology solutions, ensuring they meet the company’s needs and objectives.
- Foster collaboration between HR, IT, Marketing, and Risk Management teams to ensure a unified approach to project execution.
- Coordinate project activities, from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Drive effective change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, in partnership with the Risk Management team.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to all stakeholders, facilitating transparency and engagement.
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management, with a significant focus on HR and technology implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and risk management principles.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
